There are instances where we won’t be able to repair your wheelchair that day. This is often down to the parts needed for the repairs not being available. In this case, we provide free loan of a power wheelchair, so you can still go about your day to day life.
We’ll pick your wheelchair up and take it to one of our service centers while we await the necessary parts needed to complete the repairs.
